At Test Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe and cannot be tracked or located, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Quality Issues: If the coffee product is stale, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed beyond a reasonable inspection.
  • Orders cancelled after the product has been dispatched.
  • Issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4. Refund Window

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please:

  1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photographs of the product and packaging if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. If you paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account you provide.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.

8. Shipping Costs

If the return or refund is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
